I was pleasantly surprised with my meal at Cafe Indigo, excuse me, Indigo Grill. I remember years ago that I didn't really care for it all that much, even turning up my nose many times at the suggestion of going there for a meal. But my Cajun grouper was very good. We frequently come to Bettendorf to visit family. For some reason it’s been difficult to find good restaurants in the area. Cafe Indigo is an exception. The food is always fresh and well prepared; there is enough variety to suit everyone in the family. At lunch today the six of us ordered sandwiches, burgers, chicken Alfredo, a salad and salmon. Everyone enjoyed their food. We will keep returning for consistently good food!

The cajun bake was very tasty and the bread with it was amazing!!! The hollandaise for the eggs Benedict was lacking and the cheesy hashbrowns needed some salt and pepper. Coffee was good. Service was good. Would be five stars if the hollandaise and potatoes were properly seasoned. Definitely go back, just not for those 2 items.
