“Hotel Winneshiek is a great hotel located in the heart of Downtown Decorah. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating and always do their best to make you feel welcome. I would highly suggest visiting the bar and sitting outside for a cocktail. Lots going on here - would be a great place to have a wedding! We will be back.“
“We stopped in on a whim today (Sunday) around 12:30 and we got right in for bowling for a group of 6. The place is beautiful and the service was excellent! Our group ranged from 5 years old to 35 and we all had a great time! Loved that the bowling showed your selfie picture on the screen and the kids enjoyed the arcade after the bowling. It did fill up for bowling later in the afternoon. Highly recommend this place for a family outting or even would be fun for a date night or group of friends!We didn't get to try the food this trip as we had just had brunch elsewhere, but next time we will! The bartenders were great!“
“Definitely a college bar but the vibes were so good! The guys that worked there were so kind and generous the whole time! Pretzel bites were amazing, love them! Our meals were okay. The bread on the patty melt was almost burnt. And it didn't have much flavor. But it was still good! The most important thing. Get the 1919 rootbeer! Was absolutely phenomenal!“

“Food was good, service was fair. No refills, just cans of soda, so we didn't see our server again after getting our food, not that it was needed.Lots of seating outside though not much inside for large parties. Big TVs for watching sports, restrooms available.It's a nice spot if you're in the area but it's not necessarily a must. It's just a little bar with decent food.Parking: It's not a big place so the parking spots available are a good amount.“
