Es un buen restaurante su comida es rica
My order was wrong and I called the store and spoke with Chaqanna who gave exceptional customer service and was very nice and helpful with finding a solution. It was near closing time so she asked if I could come in the next day to remake my meal. She deserves a raise! Take good care of her Culver’s.

Ordered 2 cod fish sandwiches at drive thru. Always loved their fish but the two sandwiches had half the size of the fillet on the buns like they split one fillet in half... Didn't even cover half the bun but not half the price. Urbandale location. So disappointed!
