I would like to talk to the franchise owner. The ruddiest employee. Should be fired. Had such an attitude and talked back to me after handing me a mess of choc shake with syrup all over outside of cup. Really want to talk to owner.
I'm not quite sure why their lobby is still closed. The sign says due to Covid19. Most of America has opened their lobbies for business. This franchise owner also owns the DQ on Army Post Road. Now for the sw 9th location the service was rude and sloppy.
2 of the girls standing at register while other one working. long lines and they messed up my order then acted like it was my fault.
