Love the workers here. They quickly and efficiently complete all the orders, including online order. Plus the vibes in the restaurant are great, because of the workers and their playlist which is always on point. I literally will come to this location versus the one in east village although that one is closer to my place of work.
Special shoutout to their manager, I haven’t caught her name yet, but she is great at her job. Keep it up!

Jimmy John's offers delicious food and accommodating service, with a vegetarian-friendly menu and the option of an "Unwich" for gluten or keto diets. They are known for their polite and courteous phone service, as well as on-time delivery in a corporate setting. However, there have been instances where delivery times have significantly exceeded the promised time, causing inconvenience for customers. Despite this, Jimmy John's remains a popular choice for its tasty food and helpful staff.
