“I'm from Omaha, 90% of the McDonald's are on play time. Not this location in Des Moines the food was fresh the drive-thru service was amazingly quick in and out of the drive-thru line. They aren't there for play-play. They are the real thing behind McDonald's walls good job in Des “
“I thought it was very awesome of them to have a person with disabilities to be working there! But the sandwich I ordered was covered in so much maynoise it was disturbing. I ended up not even eating it because of how much they had put on it.“

“A young man named Kenya was working both the drive thru and the register, while also teaching coworkers and running food to the parking lot. My dad and I agreed that he had to be a manager, but upon asking I found out that he was in fact a normal worker. If it weren't for him running things, we probably would have had to wait 10 minutes longer than we had waited for our food. I find the fact that his exceptional efforts are going unnoticed, and you will lose that talent if you do not take the time to accommodate him. This is my bid as a customer to let his efforts be known.“
“Staff was very busy with drive thru, delivery, and kiosk orders and didn't have time to mop the big puddle of water on the floor from the ice machine or attend to the lobby. I was hoping for a protein shake of some sort and settled for a mango smoothie with way more sugar than I wanted. My elderly relatives were frustrated trying to use the kiosk.“

“I showed up with no money and wanted to just use the 23,000 points that I have built up and the manager ended up helping me so I was able to get more than one item with the deals at the location on the Merle Hay Road here in Des Moines.Kid-friendliness: They do have a play area for kids to enjoy themselves while waiting for food and after they're done not eating they can go play while their parents finish their food LOLParking: They've got parking for trying to make the drive-thru line go faster you can pull forward and Park in a spot and they can bring it out to you when it's ready and they also have plenty of parking out front I've noticed people just come and stop there to use the Wi-Fi quickly and then be on their way so that's pretty nice of them too share that with the community.Wheelchair accessibility: If you have wheelchair accessible parking and access to inside and they also have wheelchair accessible bathroom stalls.“
“They're getting better on seedy service. Like inside after remodeling. Suggestion to please put in intercom system inside and speaker in play area to hear order # is ready or take cell # to text me when order is ready.Also for take out they never give you napkins. I always have to ask.“
