“Normally I have bo issues coming here. Tonight at 6:45 on 3/26, the girl on the food window of drive through was RUDE. She almost gave me the wrong order, gave me attitude when I told her what I had ordered, and after giving my food to me she started to talk sh-t before closing the window or before I started driving away. I didn’t catch her name, but she was young, probably around 5 feet with braids. I understand that I came at the tail end of their rush and mistakes can happen, that’s why I was nice and just made sure I got the correct order, but the way she tried to make ME feel bad for HER mistake was ridiculous.“
“My food was fine, the husband and kids had nuggets and weren’t impressed. Pressed help at the kiosk and no help came BUT the young girls were very busy with drive through and curbside. It was dirty but as we walked in a family with grubby kids walked out so I know they were the ones responsible for the mess we came into immediately after. As we finished up the next shift crew was just clocking on and I’m sure got things back in order shortly after we left. Wasnt terrible for a couple young kids working!“
“this is a good mcdonald’s! they are very quick, i’ve never had to wait for an item, my order is always correct, straws/sauces/napkins always in the bag. even when they’re busy the line moves very quickly. highly recommend a mcchicken add mac “
