“We recently moved to Ankeny & drive by every day. Parking lot is always full, so we finally made it in. Wow! So good! Sat outside and we had chicken deburgo, chicken Romano and a grinder. All amazing and the young man who was our server was spot on!! Will definitely be back!“

“I have had great service and food. One time I didn’t get my bread sticks with garlic butter on them. The staff was very friendly and asked if I wanted them to make another order of bread sticks or give me credit for the next time I ordered from them.

Vegetarian options: Not sure how much there’s for vegetarian food.

Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free items on the menu.

Parking: Northern Lights Pizza is located in a strip mall. There is plenty of parking, some farther away from the door than others.

Kid-friendliness: This particular Northern Lights has a small lobby to order and pick up carry out.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped access in a couple places by this store.“

“Last week was my 1st time here, but the staff treated me like an old friend. & the pizza was amaaazing. While waiting for my food, there was a little girl who was dancing & fell (she was alright). The staff were very kind to her & even gave her a big cookie to have for dessert!“

“My biggest problem with Northern lights is that they deliver it fast so it always arrives hot. It also never gives me indigestion so they must use good ingredients. “First I feel like I have to say there is no where to park and the wait is long even on a Wednesday night. Inside is dark and loud and cramped. My ham and bean soup was very good! Stuffed mushroom appetizer was ok but not worth the $10.50 price. My steak was ok-I’ve had way better. Waitress said I should ask for it well done since the cook usually undercooked the steak and it turned out more done than I would have liked it but the waitress never came over to ask… The asparagus had that woody flavor. Potatoes were good. My bf let me try his onion rings and meatball sandwich and both were very good! Cake tasted old… the staff is very nice but looked a little overwhelmed.“

“Kid-friendliness: The staff is incredibly helpful with answering questions and helping parents with detailing importance of nutrition to our picky eaters. Even if our kiddos are more on the wild side the staff are very understanding that kids can be squirrelly.“

Order# 766854 I order garlic Parmesan but recieved barbecue. I spent 50$ and topped 10$ in cash and 20%......smh
I called the store and they said they will send the next available driver. If they come I'll give a much better review!!!

“Food prepped and cooked properly. Delivered in a timely fashion. The Buffalo sauce wings were... not very well covered in sauce. The bbq and bbq chipotle(?) were fine. Whatever. Broke out some Hot Ones sauce and some Devil's Spit. Just fine. 5 stars.

Vegetarian options: Veggie stuff. Also tasty. Can confirm.

Parking: 6-10 spots.

“Great pizza and Italian fries but they can't make a proper calzone hopefully it was just a newb mistake but they put pizza sauce in the calzone and barely any ingredients the calzone was 18$ the crust was dry like no olive oil on it. Just avoid the calzone and you should be good ??“

“This is a good experience overall for bulk flour delivery. It does take a bit longer than preferred to get authorized for delivery, however, the fast unload time makes up for it. My favorite thing is one usually overlooked, and that is access to a outhouse; now running water would be better, but I'll take it and be happy.“

“Just had dinner at Hugo’s. The Arugala salad with pear was delicious. Our pork, apple butter, white sauce pizza was really good too. We had a bottle of Barbazola wine from Mt Edna, thoroughly enjoyed everything! Service was great, nice weather, what more can you ask for???!!“
