I came here on a Sunday evening seeing that the sign said it was open. I visited this store after leaving another store because they had almost no product left 2.5 hours before closing. The employees here were awesome! They prepared my 3 sandwich order promptly and perfectly, including side sauces, chips & cookies, and did it all with smiles. When I thanked them and told them I had a bad experience at another location, they expressed concern that my experience with them was better. That's real customer service...the way it should be done. One of my favorites in Marshalltown. Only thing is don't go during the meal time rushes unless you're willing to wait in line. I like to order our sandwiches online after the dinner time rush and then go pick them up when they are done. This way it's quick and I don't end up waiting in line. Also find it easier to pick my sandwich toppings from the list online. I feel pressured and like I don't know what I'm doing if I pick the toppings while I'm in line.
