“I have and will continue to drive an hour out of my way with coolers in my car to take home as many ribs as I can haul away. OUTSTANDING ribs and wings (and fries) that will make you wonder if you're still in Iowa. Service was beyond accommodating every time we've been there. Great original recipe BBQ sauce if you like that on your ribs or wings, but they're perfect as they are imo.“
“Have driven by The Bridge literally 100s of times throughout our lives and finally decided to stop. I had the ribs and my wife the broasted chicken, both were incredibly tender, moist and delicious. Definitely will go back again, hoping to try the Sunday brunch with the rest of the family sometime next.“
“It was my granddaughters birthday my Son took us to me it was really expensive but he was fine with it. My granddaughter made nine that day the staff made her feel really special and I couldn't put a price on that especially since I couldn't afford what my Son had done for his niece and he was proud so it's a day I'll never forget. “Went for a galentine's day dinner with friends, server was friendly and attentive. Food was timely. Got the kickin shrimp and wild mushroom and steak flatbread, both very good. Also ordered the filet and bourbon BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp, the salmon and salad, it was all very good. Salmon was a little crisp on top, great texture. The bacon wrapped shrimp is definitely the star of the show. Would go back for that. Cajun pasta was okay, would prefer a cream sauce instead and more Cajun flavor.“

“A chef friend recommended Frannie's to us a few weeks ago, so the next time we were in Dubuque, we had to stop in. Some of the best BBQ brisket I've ever had. The baked beans had brisket and peaches in them...so dang good. I highly recommend Frannie's. We're definitely coming back next time we're in the area.“
