Yikes. I'm sure the team members are doing exactly what they're trained and supported to do. It appears that management just doesn't care.Our orders and our friends' orders were wrong (no protein, wrong protein, missing toppings), and they forgot about 30% of the items we ordered. Unfortunately I was at this location when it was a busy lunch time. Any open tables were really messy so I decided to eat in my car. I just really didn't like how messy the counter was where the workers were assembling my lunch. It really needed to be wiped down.
