“I usually get the same thing every time, butter chicken, tomato soup and cheese Naan. I decided to try the majestic chicken and it's amazing! I'm def getting that again!However, they changed their tomato soup!:( that soup was the best! It was creamy and delicious with the Naan. Now it's a watery, peppery, basic soup broth that tastes like canned soup where someone added too much black pepper into... VERY sad...“

“We were there on a Thursday for lunch. The place was packed but we found a table in back. My husband had biscuits and sausage gravy, and he said it was delicious! I had a tenderloin and fries and they were very good. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.“

“WOW. We had such a great experience at Lacayo. First, THIS IS NOT ANOTHER MEXICAN RESTAURANT. This is Latin American cuisine and it’s one of the best places in Cedar Rapids. Everything is so flavorful, it’s all made in house (even the tortillas), and the service is wonderful. We had a meal with friends and enjoyed it so much, we went back for brunch the next day. Looking for a brunch spot that doesn’t just offer the same standard breakfast items but packs tons of flavor? This is your place. You have to get the tamale. The sauce is out of this world. “The establishment is a beautiful theater with a bar. They're open for just having beverages, and later in the evenings, they have live performance shows. If you want to see the live performances you must buy tickets. It is a very pleasant atmosphere. Sundays, they have free Open Jam session opening with a house band. Musicians encouraged to bring an instrument & sign up to perform in the Open Jam. Excellent opportunity for musicians to build experience performing live with other musicians. Musicians come perform & become a part of the local musicians community!“

“This has been by far the easiest 5 star review I've left of any restaurant! Everything from the food, to the service and the environment of the restaurant was nothing short of top notch. Bari was better than restaurants 1.5 times the price in every way and it's also great to know that they're local to Cedar Rapids. If you're looking for the perfect date night or a fantastic spontaneous dinner look no further! I am truly amazed by the dining experience I had there. The only critique I would add is that I would have liked to see the desserts listed on the main menu. And yes, the desserts were out of this world too!“

“I really enjoy visiting this place. Their steam buns hold a special place in my heart, though I wish they put more pork belly in it!! I’ve had their steak sandwich too and it is absolutely delish. Next up is gonna be their ramen. Service is always really great here. The waiters and bartenders are super nice. Their Malbec wine is wonderful as well. The only drawback is that it’s pretty expensive I feel. But the atmosphere and service make the prices worth it!“

“My choice for dinner was the Pasta Primavera, which was delicious with a wonderfully flavorful sauce and veggies that were cooked just right. The Limoncello cake was moist and heavenly. The server was attentive, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the cosy ambiance and music.Vegetarian options: Crosby’s has a few vegetarian options. The one that I tried was delicious. Pasta Primavera.Parking: I found several available free street parking spaces, including one directly in front of the restaurant ! (5:00 pm)“

“I have gone here a couple of times now for lunch and am impressed! They have some unique menu items and both things I have tried so far are really good. The green goddess bowl with pulled chicken is AMAZING and I will be back for another of those!I have also has a couple of cocktails here too. They are a little pricey, but worth it as they are very good as well.The atmosphere is very open, modern and inviting.Even if you don't go here to play pickleball, the food and drinks are great!(Our server was the same one both times I have been there and could use a personality and check back to the table to see if we needed anything)“
