Last night December 2 they were very busy. There is a woman that works there that was amazingly polite, my order was great but while I was waiting because I was early the way she handled every customer was so professional. One of them was very upset, until she came out and spoke to him, made him happy and even joked with him. It's not the stores fault but I really wish the app was more accurate bevyas everytime we order the times do not match up.
The app said our order would be ready at 5:55, when I showed up, I was told 20 more minutes. I questioned the time and was told "the app is never accurate". Food was fine, wings were cold, obviously they were ready on time. I wish I could at least get my tip back.

We ordered online on a Wednesday and the estimated wait time was 10-15 minutes and I received an email saying it will be ready at 7:15.
