The quality of bagels has really gone down. No chew. No peanut butter. No jelly. No smiles from the staff.Parking: Very dirty. Lots of garbage in the lot.Needs a good spring cleaning
We've gone to Panera for years at this location specifically and it used to be our favorite. We would get both big and small orders and never had any notable issues, food was always good, service was great. I'm not sure what has changed but the last five times in a row that we have gone they have messed up our order, left out items, given the wrong item, or on our most recent visit (2/26/24) completely forgot a sandwich.
