Custumer service bad food is good like any other DQ but people the work there literally is lazy I'm sorry to the owner of this place but of 5 people inside only 1 working 6 people leave the line because of this problem like I said is not the restaurant is the people that work here
We visit this Dairy Queen regularly, and they are always out of everything! Today, they were out of sugar cookies and chocolate ice cream. The dipped cones look like they were dipped in chocolate and shaken, and all of the staff are rude. Additionally, our ice cream is ALWAYS melted and they never serve it upside down (because they're melted...).

Place always seems in disarray and smells horrible! There's one nice older lady who works there that's always doing her best while the young girls are giggling and acting like their job and the customers aren't a big deal. Then 90% of the time the ice cream you ordered is melty and tastes funny. You can wait upwards of 15min for 1 small shake or longer, and for some reason it always smells like sewer gas in there.
