Great tasting Cuban food in Boise ! Noel puts passion and whole lot of love into his food! A true Cuban chef! Give him a try. He can be found at the farmers market downtown on the weekends! The flan is to die for!

This is the best Cuban food in Boise. He is at the Saturday Farmers Market and frequents other events. By far the best flan I have ever had and I've had a lot. He has extensive experience. The recipes are his mother Adelfa's. I do not eat red meat, but his serves arroz con pollo or pollo fricassee can't be beat. He gets his spices from Latin America or Spain. I recommend his food and service without reservation.
