Dined there with a friend yesterday for the first time. We both had the beef and rice and shai—I also tried a piece of the sweet cake. The shai was rich, sweet, and had so many complementary flavors. It was warm and soothed the body and mind. The beef and rice were first such big portions I just finished the other half for lunch today! Food and service were both fantastic. I highly recommend Amina's African Sambusas restaurant. Chef and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. The vegetarian Sambusas were my favorite.
