“The oldest brewery in Boise. Nice little place on Bogus Basin Road. Good ski and antique decor. Good beer selection, my brown ale was tasty.I ordered the 1/2 Reuben, which was a good choice for $9. Comes with a large portion of fries. The fries were okay, not a fan of the limpy style though. Salad or soup are also side choices. Plenty of meat and kraut on the sandwich.Liam took great care of us. Definitely worth a visit.“
“I have always enjoyed Double Tap, but it has improved so much over the last year! The food is better, the staff is awesome and it's become one of my go-to places. During a recent family dinner, my 10-year-old accidentally left her retainer in a napkin on the table. We called and told our server, Akayla, who said the table had already been cleared. However, she took our number and, incredibly, called us back shortly after to say she had found it—she even searched in the garbage! That's the definition of above and beyond.“
“My husband and I came here with our 2.5 year old for the Super Bowl. The food was AMAZING. We had the dumplings, chicken wings, edamame, and drunken noodles. Everything was fantastic. The servers were super helpful and friendly. We’ll be back when we’re in the area.“
“Today is my 5th wedding anniversary. We really weren't in the mood to do much but I was dressed in my brand new sparkling white Dixxon Flannel...appropriately named The In-Law. So the hubby said pick a place. I had been looking into some different beer that we sell at our store earlier, yours being one, it popped up first when I searched "good Boise restaurant". Even though we're both sober...I chose you. Thank you. Your restaurant, the atmosphere, the staff were PERFECT. The food...??? You're burgers we're delicious. I skipped sauces...lol cause white...but they weren't necessary. The salads we're fresh and portions were appropriate. We will be back...likely often. Thank you so much!“

“Super friendly staff, TV’s everywhere, variety of appetizers, good food, fun desserts, and drink options for the non-beer drinkers. We loved meeting new people at The Turn 9-hole putting course section of the Alehouse. Everyone from pros to novice were sharing in the experience of the course - encouraging each other, sharing tips, and cheering each other on.“
“Hidden Gem! Had a couple of flights to try everything and all the beers were so full of flavor. Bonus points for presentation! Had the Chainbreaker pizza and wings. Pizza was crisp and loved the blend of flavors.The wings were 1/2 gone before I got a pic, but they were delish! Can't wait to go back and work our way through the menu.“
“After a very long flight to Boise from Florida this place was a refreshing landing spot and the perfect place to introduce us to the Boise craft beer scene. Boise is such a clean city and this place site on such a huge corner lot where it was bright and sunny to enjoy all the fresh air. There’s inside and outside seating and lots of space for lawn games and entertainment. Staff was nice and they were very eager to recommend their delicious Cali Creamin Peaches and Cream Ale. Very crisp and fresh and just what I needed after a long travel day. Highly recommended!“
