Fiesta chicken does not disappoint! Went from a worker to a customer and both have not disappointed management and staff are both amazing, don’t get me started with their food… it is amazing I’ve tried Mexican food around Idaho and fiesta chicken has to be the best! Both locations are great, Would highly recommend going there.
Best value quesabirria in Boise in my opinion, but I've been going to Fiesta Chicken for years before those were even a thing. Their chicken (and more specifically their Chipotle chicken tacos) are what have kept me coming back time and time

Drive past every other fast-casual taco place in this town and just get here. My go to items are the creamy cilantro chicken tacos, the chipotle beef tacos, and the quesabirria tacos. Their prices are very reasonable, the chicken is bursting with flavor, and it is so good. I have always had friendly service (both dine-in and drive thru) and the inside is very vibrantly colored and cheerful. They also have a great salsa bar!
