“Everything was yummy! If you partake in chicken, their sizzling Tandoori with onions and peppers is the Best in Boise! Lots of vegetarian entrees, too. They cook to your preference with level of spice. Very good restaurant -- they were busy, we came in at 6:00 pm. No reservations for two; it all worked out anyway?Vegetarian options: Everything with chickpeas is top notch!“
“I have always recieved great service and the wait staff is so friendly each time. The food is fantastic! If you have eaten at other Indian restaurants in Boise, you must try Bombay. They are one of my favorite restaurants in town. The experience is outstanding and the people great. Stop on in and try this experience. By the way, they have a great daily buffet. You can try all the dishes you've always wondered about. Highly recommended.“
“I'd give Funky Taco 5 stars for the food, but 2 stars for the service. Just about every time I've been there, I've been met with bad attitudes and made to feel like my presence is an annoyance and inconvenience to the hostess(es). You might think I'd done something to provoke them, but I am a friendly and polite person. I haven't experienced this behavior or attitude at any other Boise establishments. That said, I still go there on occasion for their vegan nachos. They offer a few great vegan options. And the restaurant itself has a cool vibe with good music.“
“What a fantastic Accidental find!! I just stay at the hotel because of snow. Is it found this little hidden GEM!! You know the same, don't you judge your book by its cover? This is one of those. Food was fabulous service was fabulous everything was just fabulous!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option for great“
“Hadn't visited this place in a while. Fairly good ambience and good food. Seating was quick, the order was quick to place but the food delivery was glacially slow. The waiter did mention that things are prepared from scratch so it will be slow.Lassi was in big bottles, so you get around 1.5 glass. Food had a good flavor.only complain would be that there were belly dancers and their music was very loud. It was good entertainment but essentially couldn't hear anything else.Vegetarian options: lots of veg optionsDietary restrictions: they tailored their food based on needsParking: Downtown Boise is hard to find parking. there is an attached parking lot but was close to fullKid-friendliness: some options for kids“
“A new favorite in Boise. I had an excellent dining experience. I walked in and was treated kindly and given fast service. The naan was so fresh, as was the savory chicken tikka masala. I surely will be back with more of my friends to try the rest of the menu!“
“One of the best Indian meals I've ever had. All of the food was delicious, and you can choose your own spice level for each dish. The complimentary puppadums (big chips) with pickled relish was a nice touch. The tandoori chicken was full of flavor and not dry at all. Best tandoori chicken I've ever tasted. Service was friendly and the to-go containers are quality for re-use. Highly recommend and wish this restaurant much success and expansion to more locations.“
“The last 5 years my husband and I have made this our go to restaurant for Afghani and Mediterranian food. Best naan in town--chewy, thick and flavorful. Service is excellent as always. Portions are generous. Our favorite is the Chicken Tikka Masala. Sauce is truly exceptional. We'll keep going back as we have the last 5 years. 10 out of five“
