Slight tingle, very full on flavor. Rest of higher levels go warmer from there. Level one stays on sweeter side with mild flavor and no heat. My associate said level 1 was perfect for her spice sensitive tummy. Pot stickers rounded off meal with lots of filling and soy sauce dip topped it off.
