“Had dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Two tamale plate with rice and beans was more than plenty to eat and very delicious. Pork tamales with green sauce were great, but not enough spice for me (perfect for Idaho:) Have no fear, an assortment of bottled hot sauces located near the soda fountain if desired.

“The food is so good, I asked if they could cook for a retirement party! The owners helped me refine my order for the number of attendees and had it all ready to go the day of the event. I ordered two trays of meat, a tray each of rice and beans, tortillas and salsas. We fed 35+ people and sent folks home with leftovers. “Holy, WOW! I’ve been craving some good taco truck food (my regular truck was gone and I’m super picky!) googled and saw this truck & this place does NOT disappoint. My hubby & I got the spicy pork tacos, green chicken enchiladas, & pollo a la crema! The smell when we got them was the first hint of how amazing they are! I saw them preparing the food and they were super busy/but still very clean, & still only had maybe a 4-5minute wait! The spice is perfect! The salsas are amazing! Again, I love my Mexican food! So if you’re looking for a great food truck that you can even eat INSIDE on a cold day, try this place! You won’t be disappointed! Super nice staff! Definitely will be making this a regular stop! 👏🏼“

“Family owned and operated. Great food, good laughs and a satisfying feeling of having eaten the best cárnitas in the west. Their food is ? from Michoacan, and although there are many other good alternatives in Idaho Falls, these guys have 30 years consistently making delicious food daily. Top favorite are the weekend Menudo and Carnitas, mulitas, tacos, and don't forget the flan!
The downside, the line to order, usually wraps around the building an 1hr before opening, the space is small and eat-in is very limited.“

“Overall the Union Market is a great place buy familiar latino products, find a variety of meats and even eat some good food. However, it does need some work in the restaurant/food court area, cleanliness, and organizations. Perhaps, an upgrade is due.“

“Being from out of town we asked about what there was good to eat in the area and was recommended Garcias Mexican restaurant. We arrived close to closing but was treated great by the staff. The food was Amazing! Great variety from what we have at home. “This place puts the “other tacos” (aka Taco Bell and Fiesta Ole) to shame in ALL aspects. Double the everything for half the money, and the ingredients are always fresh. Also, they aren’t sauce sensitive like “other tacos” (meaning the sauce cups are actually full AND your first 2 are free). I would recommend Taco Time to anyone who enjoys the food at “other tacos”, but would like a less expensive, better quality meal at a fraction of the price and the time. High praise Taco Time!!“

“We stayed at the hotel across the river and walked here. The food was amazing!! I have no complaints! The queso was exactly like back home and was so good!! I had the chicken chimichanga and it was delicious! They were super busy but still managed to take care of us when needed. I do recommend this place!“

“This place beats Cafe Rio 100%! Food is actually hot, unlike Cafe Rio who always seems to serve their food cold or at room temperature at best. Customer service is much friendlier. The ingredients are very similar to Cafe Rio, if not better. The difference is Costa Vida serves greater portions of meat than Cafe Rio does. Always feel cheated on the meat at Cafe Rio. The seats were cushioned and comfortable and the area noticeably cleaner and brighter and warmer. The horchata was much tastier! You earned a customer today, Costa Vida!
