“Loved the traditional Mexican food. Good service. My only complaints were a soggy on one side taco, and the seats in the booth we were in seriously need to be rebuilt and reupholstered. My friend was sitting on a seat that had much of the padding missing. Mine had lots of duct tape. Yes I would go here again but id probably choose a table.”
“Wow! We stopped in after seeing good reviews on Google and were not disappointed in the slightest. The service, food, prices, and cleanliness were all top notch. The owners came out to visit when they had a free moment and they were about as nice as can be! We had menudo, quesadilla con birria, carne asada tacos, and a taco with cheese and birria that had a name I can’t recall. EVERYTHING was delicious. The menudo was the best I’ve ever had, tortillas fresh and homemade and do not skip on the homemade salsas. The coffee is INCREDIBLE! Do not add anything to it, it’s delicious on its own. 10/10 recommend this restaurant.”
“It is a peaceful atmosphere, they treat you like family, no one is a stranger. The prices are great you order, we fix and deliver to your table, they are fast and efficient, they make the best homemade soups you will ever eat. In a hurry order ahead to go or just dine in.”
“We were just driving through and saw that this little taco truck had great reviews and was decently priced, so we took our family of 6 there! We got 6 tacos, a quesabirria, 2 sopas, a cheese quesadilla (which was very large) and a hot dog (bc children ?♀️). The total price was only $31.80 - and only that high bc the hot dog combo was $8 (children ?♀️)My favorites were the pastor and asada tacos (though they were all incredible) and the quesabirria. The green salsa is so delicious, and they gave us a ton of grilled onions and jalapeños that absolutely made the tacos pop. We unfortunately don’t drive past Jerome very often, but every time we do, we will now stop there!”
“Nice diner, friendly atmosphere and service was great! Food was good and the prices are pretty comparable to most places around.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu”
“Pre ordered a hot sandwich, asked for it well done. The cheese was still cold. They can't seem to work well during a lunch rush. Even if you pre order. Gormet expense with mediocre cooks in the back...”
“Tacos Are Delicious Handmade Tortillas salsas Are Good they have 3 from Súper spicy To medium and Mild service Is Great!! Food Is Spot On!If you want Bomb Tacos Come Here You won’t be disappointed”
“Stumbled upon this crazy little spot at Jerome Mr. Gas, and boy, oh boy, was it a fiesta for the senses! Rosti Xpress is this hidden gem whipping up some homemade Mexican magic that's out of this world. Walking in, the smell of fajitas sizzling away had me drooling! The fajitas? Absolute winners! Imagine juicy chicken, colorful peppers, onions, and these wild marinated mushrooms, all mingling together like a flavor party. And they serve it up with this cheesy, beany goodness, fluffy rice, fresh lettuce, zingy pico de gallo, and some hot sauce that kicks you right in the tastebuds—in a good way!But let's taco 'bout the real MVPs: the homemade tortillas. These bad boys are like fluffy clouds of yum that hug your fajita fillings in just the right way. They're so good, they could totally rock the show solo! The crew at Rosti Xpress? Super chill and friendly, making you feel like you’re at a buddy's house rather than a truck stop food joint. All in all, if you’re cruising through Jerome, hit up Rosti Xpress at Mr. Gas for a taste bud party you won’t forget. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a whole vibe!”
“Great place to stop in and grab a nice cold beer or cocktail and some delicious food!!! Our bartender and the entire staff were very friendly and accommodating! What a great place! We will be back!!”
“For us, this is the best Mexican restaurant in the Magic Valley. Great service - quick and very friendly. Plenty of tables, so you’re not right on top of other patrons. It seems like they’re always hosting a birthday or anniversary party, which tells me they’re family favorites in this area. Their Mexican food is the most similar to what we enjoyed in California.Vegetarian options: They cook to order, so most dishes can be made vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: We dined with a friend with a dietary restriction and the server was happy to point out which dishes would work for him.Kid-friendliness: Always lots of kids in here. They cook to order and will modify most items to make them kid friendly. And, it’s a homey place and kid noise isn’t offensive.”
“Don't let the store front say "this isn't a restaurant, it's a small department store." Walk past the aisle of dry goods until you get to the small restaurant. Friendly service, a minimalist menu, but great tasting and filling comida Mexicana awaits you.”
“Excellent place to spend time with the family, the food has a unique flavor, the portions are perfect to be completely satisfied, there are menu options for children, and you can make small changes to your food, as it is food cooked instantly if you do not want any sauce or some condiment you simply let the waiter know and he makes sure your dish is perfect, the best experience in flavor, attention, atmosphere and prices I have had in Costa Colima.”
“The sweet breads are delicious. Go tomorrow and buy some and make your children some hot chocolate and dip those pan dulce right in! So good it makes every day like a little bit of Christmas.”
“I had a great breakfast here. As the name might imply, this is not the place you go if you're worried about your calorie intake for the morning. The portions are generous, and the food is fresh and very good quality. I would caution that if you order spicy here, you're going to get spicy. They don't mess around. The Devil's Corral omelet will give you a new idea of what a pepper omelet is all about. It's an omelet that fights back when you poke it. Great food, great service, and a comfortable environment.”
