I have had two incidents with this store recently which were handled very poorly. The first incident was that my sandwich was made wrong, so I called, and they said thank you for letting us know which is great. The second time happened on Saturday, March 16. I had my food delivered and the jalapeno ranch side broke open because they stapled through it and the sandwich had way more lettuce than usual and it was soggy. Habitually inconsistent. Food is fine but the service is sad. Orders often get messed up in small ways. On any given day, even for store pickup but definitely for delivery, it'll be 15-40 minutes for a sandwich. I can't blame the line workers or shift managers because it's been like this for *years*. They're just the symptom. I got it delivered for a work party. The delivery person was nice. The sandwich was decently good, but they forgot to pack my drink. I ordered a combo, but only received the sandwich and chips. Pretty disappointing since it costs more for the combo and I didn’t receive the whole thing. Also, the sandwich was an 8”, and I usually have a small appetite, but I was able to eat the whole thing since it did not have much ingredients inside.
