“Epic, memorable lunch. We ordered steaks, and they were perfectly prepared and grilled. The strip steak was a perfect medium as requested, and my filet mignon was a delicious medium rare. No gristle, very tender. Barry, our waiter was accommodating, efficient, and flawless. We had 2 special requests that he honored without blinking an eye. Barry's not your run of the mill waiter. He's entertaining and funny without interfering in conversations. From beginning to end, it was a textbook perfect dining experience.“

“The brunch was all you can eat, which isn't bad for $35, but the selection was a little lacking (for my taste). Having more charcuterie type options would be better (and string cheese isn't something anyone wants to see at a brunch buffet). The omelet & waffles were great (per those at the table who got them). Something I would caution anyone reading this on, is that in the bakery - they charge a 10% surcharge on all bakery items, whether you “dine in” or not. I wasn't thrilled about that.“

“We had a great time here. The cocktail menu was different and has Indian touch to various standard American fare.Portions were good sized and spice levels are mild. We had to specify “spicy” to get spice level to a “normal” level.They have decent vegetarian choices. But I wish they had some creative choices for veg entrees too“

“Truly cannot say enough great things about Lucca & their staff. We love popping in for dinner, so much so, we chose to host my sister’s wedding shower here last weekend. From the initial planning with Sonia to the day of, we were blown away by the food, service and care we received. There is very little needed in terms of decoration [the space is beautiful as-is] and Sonia and her team did a wonderful job keeping everything running smoothly and on time. We even ended up needing to push our first course back by at least 15 minutes and they still didn’t skip a beat. Nothing felt rushed, behind schedule or off beat in any way. There was also plenty of seating and it was clean inside. I had a blackberry brownie and a blueberry basil matcha latte. I typically dislike sweet drinks so I was hesitant to order the latte. However, it wasn't overly sweet and the flavor was interesting (in a good way). The blackberry brownie was rich and also delicious. My child had a big chocolate chip cookie and devoured it instantly. “I decided to bring my better half out to dinner, and we couldn't have been in one of the best P.F. Changs And this place was the right choice. Isaac introduced himself. This guy was terrific, and you can tell when people love what they do. We asked questions about the menu, and he answered like he was the kitchen chef and bang, we ordered exactly and made the best decision and don't forget the dessert we decided to order the one with banana and the coconut ice cream it was one of the best deserts a must if you come here and my hat goes out to Isaac for excellent service.Love this place and highly recommendedParking: Plenty space“

Wow Atmosphere!We were in a rush to get to the DMV after a quick breakfast, and Egg Harbor delivered with the excellent service by Liliana!We were in and out (on a Tues. morning) within 35 minutes. Everything tasted great, coffee to go and take home containers were thought of in advance! However, we ate everything and didn't need the containers after all. “This place has special fish Fry during lent. This is a cute irsh brunch spot normally. They had a lot of st paddy's day themed things but I passed. The good. Coffee with actual cream not the pre package junk. Great coffee service as well though it would be nice to add this to the waiting area. The staff was great aaa all the way. The omelets was good, fairly fluffy and a good balance of fillings. The average The pancakes were good not great. I may try some specialty cakes next time. The bad Well good place equals wait time on the weekend. Not sure if that was real maple syrup, if it was it was not the best. The side of potatoes while generous, had little to no flavor. Had to salt and pepper the heck out of them, and just left them in the end.“

“Some of the best Thai food I have had in awhile. When I am sick, I want some spicy Thai herbs to knock out a virus and this restaurant delivered. Got Covid and all I craved was Thai food. It was soothing, comforting and made me feel better. Staff were so pleasant to work with on the phone and very accommodating. Driver respected my no contact delivery request. The Tom Khar soup was phenomenal - creamy, delicious and all the right spices. Green curry was soothing and smooth. Food was clean and fresh. It was so good I ordered from here 3 times in 1 week while I was sick because that is all I wanted. My sister is now hooked on this place because when she got sick I ordered her what I had and it made her feel better as well. “Such an amazing place to eat! The ambience is impeccable, along with the food and drinks. I love that they offer herbal teas and actually serve them loose leaf in glass/stainless steel strainers. They're really paying attention to small details that make such a huge difference. The fact that they offer grass fed meat is so cool, it's hard to find places that are good price bit high quality. This was the perfect place to pick for our date. I got the grilled chicken sandwich... the flavor was phenomenal? my boyfriend got the avocado BLT burger and he said it was delicious! “Discovered this place while biking to catch the BNSF back to Chicago. Usually would bike past to hop on the train at Western Springs or LaGrange Road. But one day I stopped short and popped in here. Really impressed by the selection of beer, wine, and whiskey. Before the Derby, they had three different bottles of Blanton's Bourbon. I asked for a smell (it's not Jimmy John's, I know) and they obliged me without so much as a blink of the eye. Quite an impressive wine selection. “I've had 2 cakes made by them and many trips with my teen to get no sugar added frozen yogurt.Both management and staff are helpful and accommodating (one cake order was really rushed - ?).You can take your order behind the building to the pond area (with fountain) that has "natural" stadium seating and a pavilion with benches and tables.Dietary restrictions: They do have 2 no sugar added options that they rotate frequently.Parking: The only problem with parking comes with the 3 nearby fitness businesses and people coming to those after work. When people aren't trying to CrossFit or Pilates their way through the evening, parking is just fine.“

“So right off the bat, if you like ham in plentiful supply, this is your spot. Pretty busy suburban joint, good for a variety of breakfast items. What I would recommend is anything with ham. I don't know if they have a pig farm in the back but these guys load your plate with ham to the point that white flags come out and pants get unzipped. I had the omelette (with ham, obviously). It was tasty - but the egg ratio to ham was too little. Next time I will, and would recommend the skillet with scrambled eggs. The omelette was super thin, where is the scrambled eggs that my friend had seem more proportional dish . Service was OK, not great. Coffee was not bad, also not great. Fresh squeezed orange juice is lights out though, so I would definitely recommend that. I will definitely go back, just a little bit wiser this time .“

“I've been here for breakfast before and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was the first time I've eaten dinner at Peasino's. It was amazing! Everything we ordered was from the appetizer menu (3 spreads with bread, fish tacos, a delicious fig and prosciutto flatbread, and an order of street corn). We loved it all. “Wow. We were driving from Chicago to Lake Geneva and stopped for gas at a rest stop. Smallcakes had a table set up there amongst the fast food restaurants and boy am I glad lol. “This company bakes amazing sprouted grain breads. The only issue I have with them is shipping to the west coast. The cost of shipping is too high IMHO. I wonder why they can't use USPS priority flat rate boxes. That'll be so much cheaper for some of us to be able to order regularly. I wanted to order some more but at almost $60 I'm unable to. I hope they can look into this issue. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a local business that carries these breads.“

“Delighted to discover that the Gingko Restaurant is open in the evening for Illumination (holiday lights) events. After experiencing the light displays, we stopped for a meal.So many vegan and vegetarian choices on the menu. Other museums and venues could take a lesson from this! We ordered and enjoyed the Korean Stirfry. It was a little salty for me, but ample portions and reasonable prices. Served piping hot. Hot cider was delicious.Lots of seating in the clean dining area, including seats by the expansive windows overlooking the lights for the Illumination finale. That was a treat and a fun way to wrap up the evening.Our only issues were customer service focused. We had to ask for napkins and were given just two for meals that have a fair amount of juice. Also, we paid for my husband to have roasted vegetables added to his entree, but it looked just like mine in portion size. When I asked the server, he said he didn't know. No offer to check or to make it right. We were tired, so didn't press the point. “Courageous Bakery and Cafe has some solid breakfast and pastry choices. My husband is a huge sucker for breakfast burritos and I am a huge fan of buttery, flakey biscuits. Courageous has both so it's a win-win for us! Besides breakfast, we would typically order croissants, cupcakes, and/or 4 inch birthday cake to go. None of those have disappointed us. The only downside is the horchata loca latte was somewhat mediocre in which both horchata and coffee flavors were underwhelming.“

“1st visit. Nice location, Town Square, so easy to find and plenty of parking. The beers were great, the sandwich was so, so. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, with bacon, greens and tomato. There was a sauce on the pile and the sandwich just dropped and eventually was so sloppy as not able to really pick it up. Fries were a tiny cut and they turned cold fairly fast. There are lots of items on the menu, I look forward to trying other things.Parking: Parking on Sunday about 6:00pm was fairly open.“
