They’re so slow here. Multiple times I’ve ordered ahead on the app and my order has been late 20+ mins

Decaf coffee runs out fastest at most Paneras so they have a replacement pot in reserve, pre-brewed. This one in Addison near Sam's Club has been out twice on two separate days, way before close, and did not have a dispenser pot ready to go. Both times had to wait for a new pot to brew. No Bueno. I'm a sip club member so I go as often as I can. This could easily be solved if Paneras would switch to the machines that brew one cup at a time from beans being ground on the spot, like one I visited in Wheaton. The big Insulated dispensers may be faster but the individual cup brew is far superior in taste and quality.

Look you go to one Panera you basically went to them all. Food is the same. Service is generally similar. The only reason why I writing a review for this one is they redecorated and it is HORRIBLE. The colors, the patterns are brutal. They had a wood barrier that separated the register / waiting area from the dining room. They tore it down. Horrible idea for a couple reasons. This was a 5 star review before. Oh well.

The food is so gross! The soup looked days old and reheated though it was room temperature when I got it. The sourdough bread was like thick white bread, just mushy. This place is way too expensive. Oh, and I got violently ill later in the day. I'm sure the soup was the culprit.

The girls in there mess up your order after you repeat it twice then act like you want free food because you go back for the food you actually ordered. Go somewhere else next time, do yourself a favor!

Bought a breakfast sandwich, excited about the avocado because there’s usually a good amount. This is super disappointing. Where’s the avocado. Where’s the spinach. Do better.

Food is always good and very consistent. Unlimited Sips Coffee Club for $12 per month is a good deal if you love coffee. Best value are the Duets: $6.99 includes a half sandwich, soup and a side. Free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating.

They didn’t have avocados for the chipotle chicken scrambled egg and avocado sandwich, but was reluctant to offer a discount for not including the avocado.

Service was great. My chicken and wild rice soup was tasty. The sugar cookie was nice and soft. The brownie was good. However, I did not get my strawberry banana smoothie ? Didn't realize it till I was all the way home.
