I love going to Starbucks I usually always go to the one by my house but when Iam at other locations I see I go in and check them out as well. I was at a Starbucks in the city where the manager was phoenix and I was such in a rich I didn't have my card on me I only had a S.B. May I admire some specific employee? I am blown away Lauren’s customer service the drive through cashier. Whichever mood I am in, every time i see her, she changes my mood super fantastic. Probably the drink i buy changes my mood as well but i am recognizing her fabulous customer-service ship. Thanks Lauren and to the whole team there.
