Went thinking I would get cake. When I got there I saw that those big things that look like pound cake slices in the pictures are actually fudge. I left with chocolate raisins and almond bark. They are very good.This was during Taste of Arlington Heights, and there was a long line for ice cream. I suppose this means that it is good because the locals like it. I will get ice cream next time I'm in the area.
You walk in to a beautiful display of deliousness. Homemade candies, dipped marshmellow bars and fudge. I am a surgarholic so the shops appearance is magical. The shop had lots of ice cream and you could smell the homemade waffle cones. The prices are what you expect from a top tier candy shop. Ok so why not 5 stars i wanted more ice cream choices with some more topping offers.

This ice cream shop is a step above the rest. You immediately smell the sweet scent from the entrance which adds to the experience. For this particular Kilwins, there's only street parking, so there can be a bit of a walk if the downtown gets busy. However, the sign is brightly lit and easy to spot. They offer a wide assortment of desserts, including fudge, caramel apples (made in-house), chocolate-dipped cookies, and of course, ice cream.
