Located at the Chicago Premium Outlet mall of Aurora IL, Starbucks is quite popular with visitors. The coffee shop was quite crowded in the late afternoon hour of the weekend. This Starbucks is rather small, so there are no tables or chairs indoors. Not my best visit. They were out of berries for each drink that required them. To be perfectly honest, this Starbucks was out of a lot. The one thing that stood out was the amazingly genuine energy from one of the cashiers. She tried to make it better for everyone.

I was at the mall this Thursday to buy shoes for my daughter, and she insisted we come here to get a "Pink Drink." I tried to order on my phone, but was having issues setting up the app. We came into the store and one of the baristas, Basil, helped me to use the app to pay... Overall, staff were very kind and helpful, and our drinks were great!
