I am no idea why, when I ordered the drink. I told them what I want. When I picked up my order it was different. I care to pay the difference. I ask the person my coffee was right. She told me I can’t ordered for that way . I have been ordering every day the same orders. She said that was the difference location. I was at the mall this Thursday to buy shoes for my daughter, and she insisted we come here to get a "Pink Drink." I tried to order on my phone, but was having issues setting up the app. We came into the store and one of the baristas, Basil, helped me to use the app to pay... Overall, staff were very kind and helpful, and our drinks were great!

Located at the Chicago Premium Outlet mall of Aurora IL, Starbucks is quite popular with visitors. The coffee shop was quite crowded in the late afternoon hour of the weekend. This Starbucks is rather small, so there are no tables or chairs indoors. Service was polite, but very busy; overall it was a very hectic and loud environment: some customers were in a slow-moving line to the counter to place an order, others were waiting nearby for their orders to be ready, and some others were coming to the counter for extras they forgot to order (or forgot to pick up their order). Also add new customers, constantly coming to the coffee shop, and those walking out. I was glad to take a seat outdoors, in a nice, well-appointed seating area, and have my coffee, that was good: a 16 oz. Small Americano -- Blonde Espresso, Cream & Sugar ($3.35 + 10.0 % tax).

An Outlet. You have corner location. Busy Labor Day Weekend Shopping. At least 50 people in store. Down a mixer. Have a spare. Noooooooo. So you make the easy drinks first and those that order a frappe online for pick-up wait 30 minutes from order time and still not even on cue to be made in the next 5 minutes. There is a guy at the order pickup touching each cup from the lid near the area where one would drink from. Get your act together. Not the first time. Another time you guys ran out of berries. Really!I really like Starbucks. Especially on a day like today. But you guys ruined it for me. To be fair you did refund me plus 10%, but my time of half hour is worth more than 80 cents. Please up your management gameplay at such an important location and get an extra blender.

How can you be out of cold brew and iced coffee!?! Super long wait, only to find out no cold coffee...they could've at least posted signs! Horrible shop!
We waited over 40 minutes and still never received our drink. Requested a refund after they told me there were still 5 ahead of me. That was horrible and there were 4 employees in there as well.

Not my best visit. They were out of berries for each drink that required them. To be perfectly honest, this Starbucks was out of a lot. The one thing that stood out was the amazingly genuine energy from one of the cashiers. She tried to make it better for everyone.
