“We walked into the place and were greeted by multiple people. Very welcoming! We chose a table and got a couple beers. They have an extensive beer list - about a dozen on tap and over a hundred bottles and cans. We both ordered hamburgers. I got the one with the grilled onions and my husband got the basic. Hamburgers were great, one of the best in the area. They come with a choice of fries or tots. The fries were over-seasoned and hard, not very good. The tops were crispy and nicely seasoned, but mushy inside, like mashed potatoes. I guess the tots were better, but I didn't love them. The service was great! Loved our server. “What a wonderful experience! Was part of a private event/60th surprise party. Staff were so amazing! They really helped pull it off! From start to finish the complete evening was perfect! “First time at the Batavia location after going to the Naperville one a few times. Love their wings but decided to try their chick-alopes (boneless wings) for the first time. These weren’t my favorite, but the mango habanero sauce is excellent.“
“The ice cream is great and in my opinion really tasty. The service is really good and really fast and sometimes you can get a free slushy. The surroundings is good but only when you are prepared for it because you have to wait outside but at least you can see them making what you ordered.“

Everyone here is super friendly, it’s easy to navigate, the prices are fair, the service is fast, and the drinks are DIVINE. You know when you go to a big coffee chain and you receive something that looks like river water, the coffee tastes burnt, etc.? Never happens here. I had to post a review today because one of the sweet girls added a cute lil caramel sun on my cold brew and it totally made my day. Y’all are the best!“
