We also shared some sauerkraut & mushroom and potato & cheese pierogies, which were also great. Also great was the mulled wine. They serve a lovely sourdough bread with an interesting spiced spread, but heads up to vegetarians -- the spread is bacon-based. But again, excellent bread. (As you can see, deliciousness was the theme.) The exterior of the restaurant is a little unassuming but the interior is like a cheerful cabin. Would definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: Babcia's pancake, which is a potato pancake with mushroom gravy, served with 3 types of cold salad. There are also meatless pierogies: sauerkraut & mushroom and potato & cheese (ask to be served without bacon garnish). There are also some salads on the menu which are vegetarian. I don't believe any of these dishes are vegan, though at least one of the salads could probably be made vegan if the cheese was left off.“

The restaurant was full/noisy and the host did his best to accommodate us with a quiet location, a request we made through the app because of the hearing disability of my husband who is a Vietnam Veteran. The volume of the restaurant was still too loud for him: even with hearing aids conversing across a table that could have accommodated eight when we turned out to be only five was challenging, but the window location was the best option and we appreciated that the host did his best. I'm pointing out this situation because it is difficult to find a restaurant that ticks all the boxes: good food, good value, and good conversational ambience. Surely it is a plus that Neat did their best.“

Our mixologist, David, was super personable and well versed in his craft. He’s bringing experience from cocktail programs in the city to the burbs! “Unfortunately, the evening did not start off well. We were told that we had to wait for our reservation for atleast 10-15 min after our original time, even though we showed up early. Then after waiting, we were told another 15 min. Noticed that they seated other groups that were walk ins so I guess they were given priority. We had two young children who were starving so we decided to leave and just as we did, the manager came running after us and asked us to stay. They turned around a table and even through a pizza in the oven for the kids, no charge. The food was good, not great. “Found out about this brewery in Westmont and came to try a few beers. It's in a pretty hard to find location in some industrial area, the worst thing about it. Whiskey Hill is a funny name, as this place has beer, not whiskey. Oh well, what they have is still good. There's a pretty good selection including some hoppy and sours. A lot of breweries are in kind of strange areas. It's the case with this one. This is located on Vandustrial in a building it share with some offices and whatever. Lots of trucking companies around here. There's semis parked along the street. Anyway, the beers. It's about $6 a pour. It's not quite a pint but whatever. Even so, a pretty good price for a small brewery. Has many to choose from. Best was the 7 Mile Bridge. It's a Belgian Weisse with key lime, toasted coconut, and vanilla. A lot of lime flavor. This is almost like a sour to be honest. A pretty strong one at 7% ABV. There's not a whole lot on tap, but they manage to have quite a bit for a microbrewery to be honest. Get some beers on tap or take some of the cans to go. It's a small place but when it's warmer they have a patio. There's no food but sometimes there's food trucks.“
“I've come here a few times. This brewery is a little tricky to find since it's located by warehouses. They have a pretty cool logo and the name is super interesting with a backstory. “I work around the corner from here and found it by chance. I will say I will be back. I called to find out where they were located and Cindy explained exactly how to find her place. My coworker and I went to go check out the restaurant and Cindy and a gentleman greeted us as we walked in. Even asked if we had just called. This to me is how you treat your customers. As my coworker and I waited for our breakfast burritos the smell of the restaurant was amazing. “Went to meet up with a friend from high school and as I sat down, I was graciously met by our server, Bella. As I waited for him to show up, she checked on me every so often to see if I needed anything and, after he showed up and we placed our order, she continued to check on us, even as the place was filled up on the upper patio. Food was very good, very nice atmosphere and our server, Bella, was the best server I’ve had at any restaurant I’ve been to. They had soccer on at one of the bar tvs so I sat there and ordered the boneless chicken wings with lemon pepper seasoning. The food was delicious! There was a perfect amount of seasoning and the chicken was moist on the inside. I would highly recommend ordering this. The restaurant was well lit and had multiple TVs. They also have a golf swing simulator that you can reserve so that's really cool. I'll be back to try more of their menu.“

His family had the fish and chips, my fiancé had the BBQ chicken wrap, and I had the prime rib sandwich. The in-laws said that the fish and chips was delicious, the BBQ chicken wrap was solid, and the prime rib sandwich was flavorful, and came with au jus. We also ordered Reuben rolls as an appetizer and they were very delicious! The only downside was the noise of the restaurant, which was quite loud. It was hard to hear each other when trying to have a conversation, and I developed a bit of a headache. But, it was a Saturday night so I understand that things get busy, and it appeared that a band was getting ready to play shortly after we left. Our waitress was attentive and did a good job considering how busy it was! Overall, we all agreed that this is a place we would come back to again!Parking: There is a free parking garage across the street, and some free parking along the street. It can be tough to find parking when downtown Naperville gets busy!“

I had the largest fried Shrimp ever and they were amazing.We went for the fantastic Shindig 60's band, the top local band in the Chicago area. They were outstanding, as usual.The band stage was WAY too small but worked. It needs to be reconfigured to a larger size and the lighting needs to be adjusted because taking pictures didn't work.My suggestions :1. Remove the tv's since you're really not a good venue as a sports bar. Add more tables under the tv's.2. Expand the band area and include an area for dancing. Too many people were dancing around the tables.5 separate dining areas. Lots of seating.I rated 5stars because it was an exceptional situation with St. Patrick's Day, the staff was overwhelmed with the crowds but were amazing under the circumstances.03/16/24 was St. Paddy day celebration.We had a reservation 1 month in advance. Thank goodness. But we still waited 30 minutes for our table because the wait staff wouldn't get the previous people to leave our table. This needs to be adjusted.Parking: Free parking but on an occasion, like St Patrick's day, get there early.“
“It's a small but cozy pub. We've been here several times for dinner. We've driven by this place often and not sure why we never went in. We usually sit at the bar and the bartenders are very friendly. Troy has made us some great cocktails. I recommend Coffee Shop After Hours with mezcal (or vodka), cold brew and cocoa bean. The Rye Old Fashioned is really good. The Bloody Mary (only served during Sunday brunch) is outrageous with that slider on top! They have a decent beer selection also. The prime rib special is delicious and perfectly cooked. Rocco burger is good too. We enjoy coming here place. You will need to be mindful of the hours because they're not typical.“
