“We were a party of 7, had a 5:00 reservation. As usual the service was fine and the food was great. From lasagna to the special (ravioli with beef filling and a meatball) everyone's food was served hot and delicious. Desserts were great too! I had a marvelous tiramisu and others had their great lemonchello cake. My only concern was for 7 people they should have brought us 2 loaves of bread instead of 1. Plus no EVOO and parmesan were not offered for the bread.“

The host greeted us promptly and gave us two options for seating; and asked if any of us had food allergies...this was a nice surprise since my kids have a food allergy and nobody ever asks us. The host made it a point that he would notify the waitstaff and kitchen staff.The service was fast and efficient, our food was awesome, and the entire staff was accommodating to our two kids. “Such a fun, lovely, and new experience being brought to Geneva! As a person with severe, life-threatening nut allergies, I was so relieved to see that the staff was happy to take the extra time to clean everything for me. I have tried two smoothies (pink flamingo, orange crush) and the green apple detox juice. They were all fantastic, flavorful, and very refreshing. The menu has everything from protein smoothies and açaí bowls, to juices and detox shots. I strongly encourage anyone in the area to give this place a go! Will definitely be returning frequently!!“
“Me and my husband tried out this restaurant for our wedding anniversary. What an amazing experience! We started off with the chef's choice nigiri, which we had never had before. Each piece was delicious! We both got drinks: him a beer, and I got the claus-mopolitan. Yummy!! Then we split the Barramundi: sea bass cooked in parchment paper. Oh my god, it was so good! The potato croquettes were very good, but they have Sweet Baby Ray's on them. Wasn't expecting that! This was an amazing experience and we look forward to coming back in the future“

“First time here. They have a lot to choose from. They close at 2:00 pm everyday except Friday, Saturday and Sunday open until 4:00 pm. I do not drink but looks to have a full service bar. “My husband and I split a large bowl which came with two proteins and was plentiful . We ordered the Spicy Chicken breast and the Teriyaki Chicken and had them over vegetables.. the Chicken breast was not spicy enough for me but the teriyaki was very flavorful. The vegetables available were broccoli and cabbage and We enjoyed their fresh taste. I ordered an egg roll but it was nothing special.We tried the hot sauce but did not care for the flavor. My sales lady was very knowledgeable about the cakes. After just a minute or two a very beautiful lady handed me my cake and I was on my way. “By far one of the best pizza places in the area. Super delicious toppings, the sauce is flavorful and the dough is that perfect soft bite. This location was interesting because it was inside of a bar, and not just a restaurant like the other local locations. Kinda threw us at first because all the Billy Brick’s locations we’d been to before this St Charles one were just restaurants with the menu on the wall. This location serves you menus at a table and you have a waiter. With more stuff to choose from on the menu than just pizza and salad too! We actually loved that we had more options and could have a drink too! This might have to be my new girls night out bar…“

“Great service! I grew up around here and love Oberweis eggnog. I just went in to get some before heading back to Minnesota. All the expiration dates were for before Christmas but the lady at the cash register went in the back to find new bottles so I’d have eggnog till Christmas. It’s very appreciated!“

I chose to review this location in particular because I’ve never had any issues with my orders (whereas I cannot say the same about other locations) & the staff are always welcoming and inviting. They go above in beyond in providing prompt service without sacrificing the quality of the product. There was a time I forgot to order a drink with my pickup order & they gave me one for free. Every time I arrive before my pickup order is ready, they ask for my name so that they can check the status, whereas with the majority of other chain restaurants, they will let you stand there & act like you don’t exist. “BLUF: This is a nice Red Robin restaurant, it’s not unique, but they freshen up the menu a lot and I always enjoy my food.-bottomless sides are a key here, unlimited steak fries, sweet potato fries, steamed broccoli… they keep them coming, very nice.-plenty of TVs in bar area, but I’m not sure if they would play the sound of a game.-TVs and places throughout the dining area, not too obtrusive.-wait staff has always been great.-plenty of beers on tap and specialty burgers.-good atmosphere with lots of cool stuff on the walls.My family has been coming here for years, it’s not special, but we always know what we always know the good and service will be good.
