While we travel the country we have the opportunity to visit many wonderful places & their local restraunts. Smokin Coop BBQ Pit has to be one if the best BBQ places we've been to so far. The food is exceptional, service is great and the atmosphere was fun! Spring to fall seasonal roadside spot with an open-air dining room, drive thru, and call ahead ordering. The staff couldn't be friendlier whether dine in or drive thru. The BBQ is on point, and the sides, mac and cheese especially, are worth exploring. Depending on the night or day, you may stumble across a local car group showing their rides while grabbing a meal.

I got yelled at for being early and then mgr came out to say we yelledThere was no reason for us to yell and we absolutely did not and told now they have to search through tickets to find our order for us. We explained we have done this all summer, but we were scolded and told this is not what we should do. Maybe next time we will go somewhere we dont get yelled and scolded at.

From start to finish the service was very friendly and great. The food was absolutely delicious! The brisket was so juice and tender, so full of flavor. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. The pork and beans were also very flavorful and delicious! Absolutely can't wait to go back!

Delicious hometown, locally owned barbecue with owners and employees that are like neighbors/family. Yesterday's visit was on the last day of the season. Gotta stock up!
Everything is good. Nothing in my opinion is VERY good. But if the whole family wants BBQ this is a decent place to stop and eat outside.

Thats an excellent place for summer lunch or dinner. Amazing atmosphere, the corn field on side of the restaurant gives that farm vibe which you want to get away from busy city life and enjoy the meal in nature...And the food...its top notch. Quality and quantity both for very reasonable prices.Services are great, doesnt take long for your order and servers are very nice.Its a must visit place in summer and enjoy the lunch on weekends. Great place.??

So I've driven past this place several times and decided to stop for an early dinner today. So glad I finally tried it. I had the half rack of ribs and they were perfect. Fall off the bone and nice flavor. My wife had the brisket combo dinner and she liked that. Plenty of food. Outside dining, blue grass music, perfect summer day. Nice experience.
