They don't have pretzels until after 3:00. Took me a few tries to figure out it's an everyday thing. The managers are unapologetic and extremely rude. I just asked if they had any pretzels ready. The man said "No they aren't even cut yet" without looking in my direction. Can not understand how he could be irritated that I wanted to patronize his business. It's laughable.
I wish I could give them no stars but that isn't possible. Everytime I go in here they tell me they only have salted and unsalted pretzels, no flavors, if I wanted to pay $4 for a regular pretzel I would go down the street to walmart and buy a box to make myself. This is honestly the worst service I've ever recieved from any business.

No online order, no phone to call, only physical location, and when you get there its a 30 minute wait for him to make your food, if he has the stuff. No mini hot dogs till april, and its march 10th. No dough ready till 1 and its 11:30. Why are you even open? Why have an online order conection if you dont want people to use it?
