Superb customer service!! My daughter had a certificate for a free personal pan pizza for being an avid reader. I called ahead so we wouldn’t have to wait long. We get there and I send her inside. There was a wait. A long wait. Finally I go inside to see what the delay was. We ordered pepperoni for the topping and they made cheese. They let her keep those cheese AND remade the order! When my daughter came out she said the workers were friendly. Which they were . That was her first time doing that without parental supervision and she came out confident. I was so impressed with the staff last night that I called them and thanked them for the lovely experience. Also my daughter enjoyed the pizza. Will be back to THIS location soon!

I ordered pizza tonight- 2 big family boxes. They were going to send me to a 'payment line' when it came time to give my card information. I questioned the employee on the phone why I was being transferred, as that is something I've never done before, and he offered to just 'take my card numbers instead' with no explanation whatsoever. That seemed very eerie to me, so I hung up. Then my daughter called back to replace the order and we seemed to get connected to a person in the store like normal. Before she started ordering, I asked the man on the phone about my experience with the other call before him and he told me HE DONT HAVE TIME RIGHT NOW. THEY WERE BUSY. So my daughter finished the order. I call back to talk to a manger and the same man picked up and said he was not available but I ended up explaining my experience. I told him what happened, and he ended up being really nasty and short with me saying, "that was the call center MA'AM" Whether they have a call center or not is new news to me, and I would have appreciated a little bit of customer service and an explanation. Will NOT be ordering here again.

Drive thru staff is very rude.I’m sitting in the drive thru.I was trying to get the girl attention she ignored me until she realized my payment didn’t go thru.if I could get them 0 stars I would.

I love Pizza Hut! (Can’t help it lol! So good!!!)But my order came to 13.50 on the app for my pizza… if you include deliver cost, tip, and tax; it was 26$The minimum to place a deliver order is 15$. I called the location to check and was not able to place a deliver order.So I won’t be ordering delivery from Pizza Hut anytime soon.I’ll still get Pizza Hut on the rare occasions we have the time to pick the pizza up… but when we are spending 26$ on delivery, food, tip, and tax… I don’t see why we need to find a way to spend a few dollars more just so they will deliver.(I might be wrong and please tell me if I am being overly upset by this!)(They even suggested I order sauces I don’t need just to push the amount above 15$! Asking us to buy unnecessary items so they would actually deliver to us!”No thank you!I appreciate how kind the people at Pizza Hut in Bourbonnais always treat us and I understand those aren’t the employees rules… I just hope something changes eventually.Thank you for listening to my rant lol ?
