“Walking through Burr Ridge and stumbled upon this new, authentic and vibrant Mexican restaurant. Intrigued by an authentic yet gourmet menu, the food did not disappoint, started my culinary journey with a Cocktail De Pulpo, octopus was fresh and not overcooked as you’d get at most Mexican restaurants. I then moved on to the Zamora, ordered medium rare, the marination of the steak was impeccable as well as my cook temp being spot on medium rare, it was quite enjoyable. Ended my meal with the Choco Taco as they have been my favorite Klondike product yet it, and I cannot wait to come back to have another.“

“I tried charred mortadella and prosciutto and arugula pizza. Both are very tasty, I read that people do not like the crust but mine was perfectly made both times I tried the pizzas. The place itself is cute and casual which I like. However, the prosciutto and arugula pizza hardly had any prosciutto on it, looked like it had two slices scattered on the whole pizza, I expected a bit more. The other thing I would pay more attention to is for the plates to be a bit cleaner, they had residue on them. Overall, I would recommend the place.“

“This location is so cute! I love the decor and of course the ice cream! It is a very popular spot for ice cream in the summer time so be prepared for the long line. The staff does a great job at keeping the line moving but there are a lot of people and families who love this place! There is some parking but like I said it gets crowded so you may end up parking down the street.“

“My sister Shelly Nagy purchased tickets to a Sunday afternoon drag brunch to celebrate my birthday! Marco not only held the door open for his guests, but he was also very kind and generous! He offered 2nd helpings (my only regret is that I did not indulge on that offer). Our meal was plentiful, delicious and presented beautifully! The bartenders cocktails (garnished w/ fresh flowers!) are pure elegance and his customer service skills are excellent! The drag show was a blast! The music was a hit (inside and out) and the upscale atmosphere will always have me anxiously waiting to come back soon! “If you are looking for an authentic Italian deli experience, this is it! You can not go wrong with anything on the menu. Meatball Sub is big enough for two. Definitely get the peppers. Gelato is genuine and love all the flavors. A must stop on the SW side.“

“First off, the service was excellent. Michael did an amazing job. He knew the menu from front to back. He spoke loud enough so everyone at the table could here him even in a noisy, crowded restaurant. He deserves a big shout out! The food came out quickly and was presented in a very nice manner, congrats to the food runners. The food was absolutely delicious, congrats to the kitchen staff. Over all it was a great Mothers Day choice and we will certainly be back and not just for a special occasion.“

“We made a reservation, arrived on time, were told our table would not be ready for 15 min. There is no where to wait at the restaurant (no room at the bar and we had someone under 21 with us and there is no place else to wait where you are not in the way. We chose to wait outside. Why bother making reservation if the table is not ready? There were several open tables, too and upon return 15 min later those same tables were open! It's just very frustrating and this is the second time something like this has happened. If it happens again I am not so sure I will be as open to returning.“

“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. “The food was amazing. The seafood mixed grill was awesome. The Basa fish was so flavorful and the grilled shrimp were very tasty. All the sides that came with it made it all worth it. The saffron rice and the yellow rice were very good. Other sides were babaganush, humus, some salad. Amazing. Paired with the thick garlic paste that was very tasty, what an amazing meal. Hot sauce could have been hotter. .We ended the meal with a huge kanafa. Wow was that delicious. Paired with the mint tea, what more could anyone ask for.Left over food was also amazing the next day. “My wife and I cannot say more good things about Ground Level 105, from top to bottom and inside out. We have been going there for about 3 years now, and I can say with 100% honesty, no other place treats us better and like family more than the staff there. The staff is always so genuinely happy to see us, remembers our milestones (we just had twins and the staff have gone above and beyond to be accommodating in ways we’ve never experienced before) and always make us feel special.And that doesn’t even cover the amazing food and service they provide every time we’ve gone. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is always on point.
