“I needed several boxes to deliver to clinical sites. The online ordering was a little cumbersome. I called to make sure the order went through, answered right away and they put my order in. When I arrived they had it ready to go. Everyone loved the cookies. They are on my rotation of treats to bring to clinical when I do my observations.”

“Have visited twice now and both times were fabulous. First visit, my husband and I were out chasing the full moon to get some good pictures and spotted this place on our mad dash. We circled back and stopped in to check it out. Immediately loved the atmosphere ~ relaxed and very inviting. We weren't even hungry and thought we'd just take a gander at the menu and maybe get a take out appetizer but it smelled so tantalizing we opted to seat and have a full dinner. It did not disappoint. So good in fact, when my friend's birthday rolled around I said I wanted to take her out to this great place I recently discovered. With a backdrop of enjoyable music and lovely decor as well as great service and delicious food, Vanakkam India is a real winner. Will definitely return.”

I had three steak tacos with a side of fresh avocado (and it was a perfectly ripe avocado side) I grew up here and always try to come back and eat here when I am in town. “We live within walking distance of BSB and have dined here 30+ times since we have lived here. We have NEVER had a bad meal or a bad experience, which is SO impressive to say after that many visits. The food is amazing and the weekly specials are so good you wished they made the main menu. Their outdoor seating is great throughout the seasons and we loved bringing our dog here (and he loved it too). Now we bring our daughter who is a BIG fan of the mac & cheese and tots. This is a restaurant we will truly miss being so close to the day we decide to move.”

“I am so excited that there is a awesome sushi place in Belvidere. I haven’t eaten sushi in over a year because it seems like once you eat at a place a few times it goes downhill and truly hope this doesn’t happen. The first thing I noticed was NO FISH SMELL…which is always the first indication of either a good or bad restaurant. You have a choice to deep fry any roll, and that is amazing. PLEASE…keep up the great work 😊”
