The next time I ordered a lady answered the phone and took my order of the same first order. Her customer service skills were poor and the same order that I ordered before was a disappointment. The fish was not crisp and packaging was a plastic bag. The real cook who was chef that cooked my order should train the staff in their cooking skills. I haven’t been back. If a standard is set customers will be faithful and tell others about the food served and the quality of customer service.“
