“I went this morning around 10 am there were two very sweet ladies working, I’m unsure if the one lady was a manager or a shift lead but she was mainly handling the register . She was so incredibly kind & pretty !! She refers to customers by love, beautiful, honey, etc & she has the best attitude I’ve seen in food service establishments . They were a lil more busy than usual at this time on a Saturday but nonetheless they worked together to get the customers orders out in a timely manner :) I’m not sure if it was only them two working but if it was, they were doing a great job at keeping up & remaining calm during the busyness . For this reason I’ll keep coming back to this specific location from now on :) these two ladies need a raise asap, they deserve it“

“The best birria I have ever eaten in my entire life. I've just been there for the first time and it's simply incredible. From the first place, I was involved in something difficult to explain, so many years passing and never having given them a chance or knowing the goodness of their food.“

“it be hard to find reasonable GOOD tacos !!! & this place has it ! Reasonable deal for 2 tacos & they were good ! I had the chicken and steak ! they were on point ! “As a vegan myself, this place has the best vegan tacos I've ever had! Service was very quick too without sacrificing quality, in addition feels "light" in a good way without all the heavy grease and salt. It's hard finding vegan restaurants with large vegan menu options, including desserts like cake and brownie dessserts that taste so good like "regular" cake/brownies, so this place has it all! Also love how close this restaurant is walking distance to my home, so I'll definitely be a repeat customer!“

“Fantastic! I tried the empanadas, quesadillas, tacos al pastor and quesabirria. Each dish was great and the plating was elegant. The ingredients are fresh and the atmosphere was very nice. I actually think it can compete with anything in the city.“

“Well, I have been to several Mexican restaurants and it was the first time I had such a good quesadilla. I asked the cook and he told me that they make the dough. I recommend coming. If you want something, the most traditional thing I have seen is the tortilla, they make it instantly. Come, they won't leave. I'm sorry, try the quesadilla, what is what I ordered?“

“I stopped by to try out the pozole. I was prepared to be disappointed as I have been with most restaurant pozole. The bar is pretty high as I have a friend that makes it best homemade. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. The broth was not rushed which resulted in such rich flavors. Every spoonful was filled with meat and hominy as well thanks to the generous servings in the soup. The taste reflects the patience and love that it was made with. The price point was pretty amazing as well. I will undoubtedly come back for more.“

“I lived near a couple blocks from here for years and never stopped by. I finally did today and I wish I had done it years ago.I ordered a large plate of birria and it was delicious. Came with some tortillas and crunchy tostada which is a nice touch, limes and 2 salsas on the side. The green salsa was good but not spicy, the red one however has a good kick and made the food better. I ordered a large container to go. Definitely coming back“

“This was my Second time visiting this restaurant, and I brought my guy in to try their food. Ms. Darcy waited on us, and she was warm, and inviting as we walked in. We didn’t even have to get up when our food was ready, Ms. Darcy brought it to us!! He had a catfish dinner, and he thoroughly enjoyed it! I had the chicken wing dinner and it was a hit as well!! We tried the jerk egg rolls as well once we got home and they were good…not spicy enough for my taste though. The atmosphere here was a bit “smoky” I’m sure from the grills but the smoke consumed the dining room atmosphere. Overall, we were pleased with the food and may come back to pick up take out!“

“The food was amazing here, I would highly recommend eating here. Food is authentic and the masa is homemade. The bathrooms were very clean and our server was lovely(server was blonde and hispanic). “My first time there - just turned into the small lot on a sudden urge for a taco. It's clean but not glamorous and with very limited seating inside and out; but I will DEFINITELY be returning. “This taco truck did not miss! We both ordered tacos 2 different types and the flavor was there for both. I was delighted by the filling for the veggie tacos: beans, rice, lettuce, pico, sour cream, cheese and avocado. So delicious I really appreciated the freshness of the veggies. My co worker had steak tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I’ve never seen a more meat filled quesadilla. He said it had excellent flavor. We both are visitors at Ford and typically don’t have time to eat. Seeing the taco truck and learning of its popularity we were so happy to try it. Everything I have tried has been good but my favorites are the shrimp quesataco, taco sombrero, taco Mexicano, quesabirria tacos (love their consome), and enchiladas. “HOLY COW, this is a hidden treasure of a food spot in Oak Lawn! The atmosphere of the store is amazing and cozy. Great menu selection and the food is out of this world! “Easy quick and delicious. It's something about a place that has perfected their dish and this birria is perfect. I'm a fan of a restaurant that smells hit you before walking in the door. We were greeted with delicious meat seasoning and cilantro. The team behind the counter were friendly and kind with my limited hearing and accent understanding...lol. “I don't even know where to begin to express how incredible of an impression this restaurant has left me. The kindness and quality of it all definitely has me wanting to come back.The steak torta was juicy and filling with the right touch of ingredients. “It is difficult to taste a dish with a Mexican flavor here in Chicago, it is difficult because most restaurants lose the seasoning oerooo wow I was surprised at this restaurant. From the moment you enter you can smell beautiful Mexico.now the service is incredible, super attentive and friendly, in my case I ordered some shrimp in the eye. And they served it to me very quickly, in about 5 minutes, the other dish, sautéed shrimp, took about 15 minutes.The fish ceviche was super delicious.The garlic shrimp is very very delicious, the dish is very delicious, with the French fries, the rice is very very deliciousIn conclusion, if you want to feel like you're in Mexico, come eat here, you won't regret it.The cost is good, because they serve you michooo in each dish“
