Love this place!Vegetarian options: Great optionsDietary restrictions: They try to accommodate you if you let them know the issueParking: Big lot..can always find a spot although most of time pretty busyKid-friendliness: Mac and cheese...brownies..need I say more?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have flat ground..wide doors..helpful people

All I ordered was 2 drinks and a single bagel on my lunch break, took my entire 30 min break to receive a bagel. It took me taking initiative after seeing countless orders come and go before finally getting what I ordered. Had I not asked about it, I would've never received it. However, they apologized and corrected the issue so I cannot complain too much. Usually have good service here.

It's not bad here. The store is clean and the food standard for the chain. It's also the only one I found in Carbondale, so I spend a lot of time here as I'm a member of the Panera Sip Club.Just one complaint: The staff aren't the friendliest I've found. They're not mean, just unapproachable. Except for the woman who gave me a cookie last night!Wheelchair accessibility: Non-existent. Out of 4 doors, only one lets you back in. And it's heavy.
