“Our local dairy queen freezers were broken. We were in need of an ice cream cake for a birthday. We made the drive to Cartersville's Dairy Queen and found us a cake. The ladies working were helpful. The cake was delicious. Very pleased we were able to locate a ice-cream cake and celebrate the birthday.“

My husband had traditional buffalo wings and Philly cheesesteak, my son got the widowmaker, and I and I got the mechanic.The portions were huge, the burgers were hand made, not frozen. Onion rings were fresh and tender, not tough. Perfectly seasoned fries. “Thank you Charles! Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza and I order there 1st choice when we order pizza. Three weeks ago, I tried using my app 45 minutes away from home so we could just pick it up and go home. After several attempts to order and getting error messages I called the store to see if they would authorize online specials as online was going through, the lady manager told me absolutely not. As a person in management I thought she is kidding right. So I said you would loose a sale by simply not authorizing an online special and she said yes. So we went else where. Today I tried using my app again and same thing. I called the store and explained to Charles three weeks ago and today and without hesitation he asked a few questions and authorized their online deal. Thank you so very much Charles, thats what great mangement looks like. Thank you for caring and Pizza Hut should be very proud to have you!“
“Micheal and I believe a man named Julian around 5 P.M. helped me carry a catering order to the front of my car of 3 large and heavy boxes, 3 large bags, and 7 boxes half the size of the large catering boxes. My car was packed to the fullest. I told them I would let them know how the night turned out. Well, I not only delivered this order to a wedding held in Herrin Illinois, but had to carry most of the items myself, and was not tipped or offered anything by anybody. The trip was worth 11 dollars. I am a man on dialysis so walking and energy is troublesome for me. Thank you both, Micheal And Julian for helping me when you did. You may have had to, but you could have chosen not to and if there was tips involved, they should go to you two as well.“
“Had 2 piece fish and fries with coleslaw. Wife had a shrimp basket. All items were made when ordered. Food was hot and delish. Hushpuppies were lite and fluffy, not all dense and hard. Will stop by again when in town and looking to eat good.“

“Came here Thursday night close to close time. I think we got there after 8pm they close I believe it was 10-10:30. Could be wrong. But the gal at the front counter very polite, professional, attentive to my need. Brought food out to us. Definitely a place I wanna go to for late night meals with 4 kids that are hungry. The whole place looked very clean. Will for sure be returning here only cause of their customer service. Food (no pics) cause kids scuffed it down to quick for me to get my camera out. ?“
“Stopped in to grab a quick bite after a long day. I ordered my steak burger without cheese. She repeated it back, no cheese and I said, correct, no cheese. The order was ready quickly, mine had cheese, looked at the receipt and it did say, cheese. Took it back up and they redid my order no problem. Had a cup of chili with my meal, it was good. Had to have a scoop of custard with fudge for dessert. Love their custard.My one and only negative is, the place could have been cleaner. The clear glass or plexiglass partitions on the back of the booths were disgusting. They looked like they had not been done for a while.“
“This Subway is a little difficult to find. It is located in a shopping mall and the parking lot is between the store and the street. The shopping mall is not full and when I was there, the parking lot was very low. Their menu is the standard Subway menu and the service was good.“
“The only problem I have is tips. How do they think its ok to ask for tips and they do not weight on you. You go through a line and then gets asked for a tip at the cash register.. and are made to push the no tip button in front of everyone.. the tip does not even go to the right person.. everyone that works there gets it. They need to pay those people..“
“Typical experience you would expect. Nothing great, nothing bad. It does seem like the speakers/microphones on the individual stalls could use an upgrade. I feel like I have to yell to get them to hear me sometimes. It just depends on the stall and level of ambient noise. Ordering in the app to get half price drinks is worth it alone.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals and some come with a toy. The staff will say hello and greet any young children as far as I've seen at least.Parking: 30-36 stalls I believe. I'm not positive about the number tho. Then they have parking behind the building if you want to sit at at outdoor tables.“
“There was one woman taking orders, running orders out, washing tables, taking out trash. Sweet, friendly, on top of everything!! She was amazing, the food, was great, and it was a surreal experience in a restaurant in 2024. You just don't see this kind of work ethic anymore!“
“Very friendly staff and they make the best slushes around! Only complaint is that the screens don’t always work and the card processing takes too long but everyone has an abundance of understanding and patience. The staff works really hard to service all the customers well and keep things moving at a fast pace. It’s a terrific business that I highly recommend!:)“

“This has got to be the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been in. The service is prompt and polite-some of the nicest young people I have ever met work here. The large order was taken and served quickly. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I would certainly visit this McDonald's again.“
