I am from Mississippi and I moved to Peoria Illinois we need one here in Peoria
I haven't been to a Captain D's in over 20 years since I lived on the East Coast. Nothing compares to it, not even Long John Silver's (well, there is no comparison). When I found out one had opened up in Champaign I was beside myself with excitement & joy. Oh, the little things.

Captain D's offers good food at a reasonable price, with friendly and patient staff. The drive-through service is fast, and the food is well-packaged. The restaurant is spotless and provides a very calm and enjoyable environment. The food is amazing, fresh, and tasty, served hot. It is kid-friendly and appears to be wheelchair accessible. The team members are terrific and deliver food right to the table. The senior special was affordable, and the amount of food for the price is impressive.
