“Portions seem to getting smaller and chicken strips seem to be getting thinner. Only one side of the toast is being toasted. A group of us eat here about once a week. Over the course of the pat year since grand opening we've seen subtle changes. Food is still great. More of a corporate I would guess than a local issue.“

The lobby was big, the order area was separated from the eating area so everyone wasn't bunched up waiting for food around everyone's tables.“

“Do not go through the drive through here! It's horrible! We eat here a lot inside but the drive through is horrible. Ex: today attempted it and there was only 1 car in line ordering. I guess they didn't know what they wanted at first so they took a really long time to figure out what they wanted. Then they pulled up and we are right behind them. I kid you not we waited about 20 minutes behind this 1 car! so I called the store letting them know they need to get this drive through going cuz there's a huge line behind us now. They could have easily had this car pull to the side in order to service the other vehicles. Well some one eventually came out to put up the other cars orders. It's just ridiculous really. Please get a better system going for the drive through. Food and inside service is great!“

“Our first time trying Raising Canes. The kids saw a post about it in Tik Tok and have been wanting to try it. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food came out quickly and was hot. We typically eat at another chicken restaurant as we are from the South. Everyone thought the chicken was delicious and we loved the sauce too.

The only con I noticed was the indoor seating. The layout is not the best. We arrived and sat prior to the lunch rush. After we got our food, the line started to back up and people were basically bumped up next to our table during our entire lunch.“

“I was there after what I assume is the busy time, so I had the dining room to myself. There was a steady stream of folks in the drive thru though. The "Deluxe Single Basket" was more than enough to fill me up. I had to buy a take-home pint, too full for dessert. The staff were friendly and at least one was always cleaning something.“

“I absolutely LOVE that you give the option for lettuce wraps on your burgers. I had the California Style Double as a lettuce wrap and I'm addicted now, it was SO good!!! Your burgers never disappoint ♡“

“The service was good. And the guy that cleaned the dining room was so nice, and made sure all the tables were clean. He even cleaned up by the soda island. His name tag had Jessie on it. Anyway, he is the first person I have ever seen keep the dining room that nice.“

“I give it a five stars because it is the only place I know of that still has a LARGE milkshake - and for a decent price. All the other fast food restaurants have gotten rid of their large milkshakes and rebranded their medium milkshakes as large. Not Sonic. Still large. Still awesome.“

“Drive through was long and I did have to wait for my order of saucy nuggets. Workers were all polite and fast though so must be a great location. Saucy nuggets was in a container with a good amount of sauce. Ended up getting some toast to dip with remaining sauce after nuggets.“

“I enjoyed some cheesy and delightful arroz con pollo here and it was reasonably priced for a mall restaurant. The portion size was big and heavy too. Their hot salsa was also terrific for the arroz con pollo. Service from the kitchen staff was excellent. I will definitely stop in here again in the future when I am in town again.

Parking: Mall parking lot so there are a lot of spaces but on busy days you will have a longer walk

Kid-friendliness: Mall dining tables are plenty for kids and they are right by the carousel“

“Parking: There are about four total, maybe a bit more, accessible spots along the front row of the mini mall that Panda is in front of.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking RIGHT outside the door, easy to get in and out with a walker!“

“This isn’t a five star restaurant, it is an Arby’s. I eat here often since it close to work. It is, however, one of the best Arby’s I have visited. The main reason is the crew. The food is fresh and tasty, and the crew is really friendly. Like all restaurants, they have staffing issues, but the ones they have do an excellent job.“

“This is absolutely hands-down, the best McDonald’s in town. I’m not really sure who owns this location, or if they own, any others in town, but whatever combination of things they have going on at this one is perfect. The staff are always incredibly nice, the food is always the best of that McDonald’s has to offer, and I don’t think I’ve ever had an incorrect order made here.

This location also does a teachers night to help support the PTA for a nearby school, which is incredibly awesome because it allows the teachers to work behind the counter for the students, which the students love to see and it allows them to also see that the teachers are putting the work in for them even outside of the school on their own time.

I’m sure by hosting an event like that, it might introduce some sort of complication as far as logistics go for them, considering they still have to handle regular customers at the same time as having completely full lobby for all of the parents, but they do it every year.

Parking: Occasionally, during rush hours, parking can be a little tricky as spots tend to be a little bit limited, but it’s not regularly an issue at all.

Wheelchair accessibility: Folks and wheelchairs will be excited about the number of easy inclines and plenty of sidewalks to access the building. Inside, it does get a little tight, but they do have at least three separate wheelchair access accessible tables available as well.“

“This Taco Bell has the best service of all the Champaign Urbana area Taco Bell locations.

Also, the roof and painting was redone in summer 2024 and building looks nice.

Friendly drive thru employees every time that I’ve gone there.
Orders are accurate almost 100% of the time that I’ve gone there.

I drive extra to go to this location versus other Taco Bell options because this location has professional and friendly staff.“

“On 7/26/2024 I had the best, freshest subway sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread was cooked perfectly and was so fresh. The toppings tasted very fresh as well.
The employee making the sandwich was quick and efficient and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this location to give it a try. There are many Subway locations in Champaign Urbana but this is my new favorite!“
