One of our favorite places in Champaign, and we only recently stumbled upon the restaurant before hearing about the food truck. The tortas are to die for; grilled, warm, full of flavor, and delicious. They will occasionally try new veggies for the vegetarian version, which keeps things interesting:) Service has always been beyond pleasant! Highly recommend checking this place out however you are able.
Fernando's food truck has been making some of the best tacos in the Champaign-Urbana area (along with Los Hidalguense Taco Truck and Maize), and their new location carries on their tradition of simplicity and excellence. I'm partial to their chorizo and al pastor, but I've taken a lot of people here, and I've nothing but praise for the different meat options.
