“One of our favorite places in Champaign, and we only recently stumbled upon the restaurant before hearing about the food truck. The tortas are to die for; grilled, warm, full of flavor, and delicious. They will occasionally try new veggies for the vegetarian version, which keeps things interesting:) Service has always been beyond pleasant! Highly recommend checking this place out however you are able.“
“Excellent food! I got a sope, taco, and corn, and all 3 were super delicious. I loved the red and green sauce too, nice kick to it (if you're a spice lightweight it might burn you a new butthole). Very pleasant people and great customer service.“

“The verde sauce is the best I have ever had anywhere. Get a cup per taco. Mexican style tacos are the go to here. We have tried everything on the menu. There isn’t anything I wouldn’t suggest. All depends on what you are feeling. My wife and I had this taco truck 5 nights in 1 week, they’re only open 6. We LOVE this taco truck. The best in CU, but we have a few great ones here. Fernando’s and Maize are great as well. But this for me is my go to spot.“
“I can't believe we've lived here two years and this was our first time visiting this store. Absolutely lovely! I'm so glad they added the bulk candy selection. We went there to pick up decorations for a gingerbread house we made for our wedding. “Located inside El Progreso Latino grocery store.Tacos Locos is a hidden gem. I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews because the food here is absolutely chef's kiss. The tacos are always overflowing with the amount of portion they stuff in them. Even the nachos are packed to the brim and include a few slices of avocado. They also have tripa and lengua here. For anybody who loves tacos and wants to get the best bang for your buck, then this is the spot to check out.You can order delivery/pickup on DoorDash, but pickup time is not always accurate for whatever reason. It's well worth the wait though.“
“Food is amazing!! Had the burrito asada and it was delicious! Fresh and quick when it came to my order. The size of the burrito was even better! Definitely a bang for your buck! And listen, I’m from Chicago where you can get any type of food and good food. So for this burrito to be down here is crazy! So good!“
“If you want breakfast in Champaign, you better come to Cracked! The food here is so good and the concoctions of savory goodness are creative and ideal. I had the Sloppy Jose, which is a chorizo sandwich with guacamole, hash brown, and a fried egg. I loved this sandwich, especially with the sauce provided at the tables. I also tried the French toast bites. I asked for extra cinnamon sugar and mixed it in with lots of syrup. After that added load of sugar, the bites were good, but I probably do not recommend. Coffee is good. The atmosphere is nice and has U of I stuff everywhere. Service was good but the sandwiches took forever to be made. Luckily, the tasted very good to make up for it. I will definitely be coming back to Cracked to try more items off the menu!“
“Hands down the best burgers in the CU area. I’ve had at least half of the items on their menu and haven’t had anything yet that wasn’t amazing. If I had to pick one meal to eat for the rest of time it would be the Bacon Mac attack and sweet potato tots with the mallo cream. Drew you and your crew are killing it, keep up the good work!!“
