Here's yet another Albany Park dive bar. It's on Lawrence a few blocks from the Brown Line. 240 Lounge gets its name from the address, making this not difficult to find if you haven't been here yet. Bar has a few drink specials but not any food. Prices are cheap on most things. Basic a** bar. It has the basic beers and liquors. There's just the bottles and cans, nothing on tap. I have only been to the 240 one time. It's definitely a dive bar.Jess the bartender, however, was professional, personable, and pretty. You can't beat that combination. She made an old man feel welcome. Unfortunately, she only works one or two days per week on Mondays or Tuesdays.
