Easily one of the best bowls of birria I've ever had. The made in house tortillas are out of this world, with a perfect texture that soaks up the soup. I was very, very pleased with my experience with the staff, as well. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, even checking to see if I wanted more tortillas. 10/10 experience, and I'll definitely be coming back with friends!
Quesabirria is not how you normally eat birria in Mexico. However everything evolves and this is a nice variation! The snacks arrived fast and well packed for safety. I tried the Quesabirria first and it was pretty good! The grilled quesabirria tacos also very tasty. For my preference the birria could be a bit more spicy, but that's what the condiments are for!
