I ordered from this location 3 times via uber eats in the last 10 days. Between my wife and I, so 6 meals, we got only 2 chick filet sauces. We requested the sauce every time and ended up with honey BBQ, hot sauce and ketchup. Who goes to this place to not have their sauce? Over $100 spent and still not satisfied with my chick filet. The location off Damen is hands down the one you want.
This place is "It is what it is." Being especially in a higher cost part of the city one would expect high quality. Everything I got via delivery was old and cold, even though I live less than a half mile away. Thankfully, I used credit from DoorDash from a previous similarly botched delivery from a different place. I won't be back.

I've been to this Chick-fil-A over a dozen times and have zero complaints -- the food is always delicious and fresh as I've come to expect from CFA.
