“Bruh. This is the most heavy handed location I have ever been to. No wonder they have the best rating vs other locations in the area.My husband usually only gets rice, beans, and meat. And nothing else. And other locations are super skimpy when it comes to dishing out food. It's not like he's asking for more meat. Just a full serving of rice and beans.Anyways, this location gives you a full scoop and then some. They definitely leave me feeling like I got my money's worth. I appreciate that. Especially when You're paying $10+ for mostly rice and beans.Not only are the servings substantial, the food actually tastes good. The rice and beans were cooked properly. Ive experienced crunchy rice and hard beans more times than I can count at other locations. The meat was juicy (I got steak). Line nearly out the door but those employees were KILLIN IT! Even looked like what appeared to be a manager maybe that came to help.He came up to help get the line down. “I stopped going to chipotle because the portions kept getting smaller and the prices kept growing..I went to HS down the block and used to go there atleast 3 times a week for years..So it was awesome to come back for the Halloween promo (sadly it used to be a BOGO deal if you had a costume) so I got myself a bowl for $6 .. which the bowl itself was 7/10 but I already knew what to expect becuase online orders are notorious for getting smaller portions .. (not only have I heard but I've legit tested it 4-5 times where I picked up the same order that I made while in store and it was always less online..But that's not the point of this long review.I guess it was nice to see one of the employees (I wish I got her name)But she was the one starting the bowls.She saw me wait in line just to order "a side of protein" she was so nice.And she gave me a very nice scoop for my "side".I might just have to stop in again and see if the curse of "tiny portions" is actually over.. ?Parking: It shares the spaces with the "immediate care" place next door but they close so early.So usually in the afternoon after like 3-4 there is always parking.Most people who come to this location walk in“

“I came here for lunch after my nail appointment around the corner. The staff here are friendly and efficient. I was greeted right away, and I was able to order a bowl and checkout quickly. I did have an issue with the chips not tasting fresh, but they quickly resolved it with fresh ones for me which I appreciate. It was warm, with a hint of lime and salt -- exactly how I imagined it to be. Other than that, the food was fresh and delicious. I was able to dine in as well -- they have plenty of chairs and tables, and they also have utensils and napkins etc where you can help yourself to. The tables can be a bit cleaner. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for Chipotle. I do suggest dining in, so that you can eat it fresh, and if you have an issue you can get it resolved as opposed to taking out.“

Checked my card again and the charge was reversed. Gladly paid for it as Daniel was very good following through. “The employees at this location are angels that were blessed and sent down from heaven. I order once a week at minimum and I've never had a bad bowl here (90% of the time I order delivery too). The tables are not set up as inviting as I would say other Chipotle's are, but the area can be rough at times so it makes sense. If you are around and crave Chipolte, you are set.“

I'm a college student currently, and this Chipotle location has not only been convenient during some tough times, but it also hasn't let me down yet. Sure, there have been some times where they've needed to substitute ingredients or refund me on items, but that happens sometimes. It's not the workers fault that they run out of ingredients on busy days, or are a little stressed when making bowls and burritos during a rush. It's a well known restaurant in a busy area, so I can cut them some slack if there's a sudden lack of quality. But he was "out on the floor" completely getting in the way of Customers and not even being apologetic about it!It started right by the area where one grabs utensils/napkins, apparently he was explaining something to a young lady and I'm standing there waiting to grab a fork/knife and he sees me and instead of yielding a little/show any kind of care, he remains like nothing's going on and continues with his "training". in the middle of Lunch Hour.And coincidentally Ditto for when I was done eating, he was standing right by the trash can (this time by himself) and when I awkwardly manage to reach the trash can around him and deposited my trash, rather than attempt to get outta the way and/or semi-apologize...instead looks at me like I'm crazy!So yes, I don't know what his job is, what he's going to be like, but so far he gets an F from me on Customer Care and or manners for that matter.
